I definitely recommend getting a card and key ring made like this. Much more important information can be put on it than on the card you receive from the hospital. Definitely recommended!

28 May 2025Ordered 8 days ago with the parcel service option, contacted them in between and they eventually proceeded to ship. Unfortunately it was still sent by letter post, but I did immediately receive compensation after contacting them again. The card is now reported for delivery at PostNL by letter post and all the details on it are correct. Satisfied overall.

After a lot of hassle it turned out the house number was incorrect.. could have been a mistake on my part or a mistake by the administration of gezondheidspas. After contact I was able to request a new one with a discount... I just didn't do that anymore....
