Terms & conditions

1. General

These terms apply to every consumer order and purchase via Healthcard24.com. Deviations only apply when agreed in writing. We may amend the terms; the version in force at the time of ordering is binding.

2. Products

Healthcard24.com supplies personalised health cards based on the details provided by the customer. By placing an order you confirm the information provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for errors in the data supplied by the customer.

3. Order and payment

The order is processed after full payment is received. Payments are handled via Mollie (incl. iDEAL, Wero or bank transfer). Orders may be cancelled if payment is incomplete or absent.

4. Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 3 working days of receiving payment. PostNL handles shipping; track & trace is available for a surcharge. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns

Because Healthcard24.com products are personalised, returns or exchanges are not possible. In case of a production error, contact us within 14 days; we will provide a replacement after consultation.

Non-personalised keychains can be returned. Send a return request within 14 days via info@healthcard24.com; after our confirmation you return the unused, non-personalised keychain to our return address at your own expense. Personalised keychains are excluded from returns.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation is only possible via a written request by email, and only before production has started. Once production has started, you receive an email about this and cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the product or by incorrectly provided (medical) information.

8. Privacy and data protection

The data provided by the customer is used solely to produce the personalised product and is not shared with third parties, except to perform the agreement (e.g. Mollie).

9. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court.
