Questions about your delivery
Can I track my order?
With parcel post, yes: you receive the track & trace code by email as soon as your card has shipped. Letter post has no tracking, but is usually just as fast.
My card has not arrived yet, what now?
Is the delivery time up? Email info@healthcard24.com with your order number. We will look into it and send a new card free of charge if needed.
I entered a wrong address
Email info@healthcard24.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. As long as your card has not shipped, we will change it.
Which countries do you ship to?
To the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. From €40 shipping is free, whichever option you choose.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Letter post simply goes through the letterbox. A parcel is delivered to your door; if you are out, you can use the track & trace code to have it delivered to a PostNL point.
