Returns and right of withdrawal
All our health cards are custom-made for you with personal details. By law these products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (goods made to the consumer's specifications) and cannot be returned or exchanged. Non-personalised keychains do have a 14-day withdrawal period; see below.
What can and cannot be returned
Personalised card or keychain
Made to order with your details and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal by law. Our mistake, or arrived damaged? Then we replace it free of charge.
Non-personalised keychain
Return within 14 days of receipt, no reason needed. You pay the return postage; we refund the purchase amount within 14 days.
How we sort it out
- 1Spotted a mistake? Email right awaySend your order number and the correct details to info@healthcard24.com. As long as production has not started, we adjust it for free.
- 2Already in production?Then we can no longer change or cancel the card. You receive an email when production starts, so you know until when changes are possible.
- 3Damaged, or our mistake?Email info@healthcard24.com with your order number and a photo. We send a replacement free of charge; your statutory warranty always applies.
Right of withdrawal for non-personalised keychains
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a non-personalised keychain within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you (or someone on your behalf) receive the product. To withdraw, send us a clear statement before the end of that period by email to info@healthcard24.com or by post to Healthcard24.com, Kerklaan 48, 2451 CG Leimuiden, the Netherlands. You may use the model form below, but this is not compulsory.
Effects: we refund all payments you made, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof that you returned it. Return the product within 14 days of your withdrawal; you bear the cost of the return shipment. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the product.

This form is only for non-personalised keychains. Personalised cards and keychains are excluded from returns. After our confirmation you return the item at your own cost to the return address we email you.
