Returns and right of withdrawal
All our health cards are custom-made for you with personal details. These products are therefore excluded from returns or exchange.
Why personalised products can't be returned
A personalised product is made entirely to your specifications and cannot be resold or reused. Once production has started, returns or exchanges are not possible. Exception: an error on our side.
Check your details carefully
When placing your order, double-check the details you enter. Spot a mistake after ordering? Contact us right away at info@healthcard24.com and we'll adjust it where possible before production starts.

Something not right, or did your card arrive damaged? Email info@healthcard24.com with your order number, we'll sort it out together.
Request a return
This form is only for non-personalised keychains. Personalised cards and keychains are excluded from returns. After our confirmation you return the item at your own cost to the return address we email you.
