Questions about paying
Is paying with you safe?
Yes. You pay through Mollie, a regulated payment provider used by thousands of other web shops. Healthcard24.com does not store bank details or card numbers.
Can I pay later?
Yes, with Klarna, Riverty or in3. You receive your card first and pay afterwards, within the provider's term. The provider assesses your request during checkout.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. The invoice is attached as a PDF to your confirmation email, and you also find it in your account with your order.
How does bank transfer work?
After ordering you receive the payment details by email. As soon as your transfer arrives, your card goes into production. Allow a few extra working days compared with paying directly.
Can I pay on pickup?
Yes, in cash or by card when collecting in Leimuiden (Netherlands). Make an appointment via info@healthcard24.com and your card will be ready.
